WHAT TYPE OF WOOD IS USED/WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

Most of the unfinished wood products I use come from craft and art supply stores like Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and Walnut Hollow. I add personalization to these products to deliver one of a kind pieces.

Most common types of wood I use are pine, basswood, poplar, cedar, or plywood. In some cases/projects reclaimed pallet wood is used that has been salvaged by myself.

WHAT IS THE COST?

Each order is uniquely different, so there is no "one price fits all" model. Total cost will be discussed with customers to fit their individual needs. Pricing is calculated by time, detail, and shipping.

HOW DO I PAY?

Invoiced directly through PayPal, Payment sent to Venmo, or Cash upon delivery/pick up* (*applies to Bordentown residents only unless arranged or agreed upon during consultation)

MY ORDER ARRIVED TO ME BROKEN, NOW WHAT?

Sometimes things happen in transit that are beyond our control. Photos of final product are sent to customers pre-transit to ensure quality assurance. If your order arrived to you broken, please reach out to me and lets work together on rectifying the problem!

IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No exchanges or returns.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DOES MKRTS&CRAFTS USE?

USPS is my preferred carrier, however on larger orders UPS may be used.
